Best part is they still using neodimium magnetic contact on areas with high temperatures - the fact is that neodimium magnets doesnt bear with high temperatures and they exhausts instantly on first use... like my bga nozzle fell down on the pcb in the middle of the heating process on IR8500 V2 because of the magnets went dead... clever designers...
